Who is using Debian Desktop? Would like to hear your thoughts. Is it any good?
If you are a Linux beginner and want to be able to install common application as much as possible, I don’t recommend Debian. Use Ubuntu or Linux Mint. Debian is mostly geared towards server admin and developers.
However, Debian has a global vibrant community and is known for its commitment to free software (GPL). If you have time/skill and want to contribute to the community, then give it a try.
