I have installed iRedMail on Ubuntu server 22.04. Installation was successful, i received the login details for access to iRedadmin but login failed - username or password is incorrect. I have typed the details in correctly, i can access emails via roundcube with the same credentials. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the solution to this issue?

In your home directory, there’s a file iRedMail.tips containing the Postmaster password. Copy the password. If that doesn’t work, then it could be that your password contains special characters. You can try reinstalling iRedMail and using a simpler password.

Hi, thanks for your help. I discovered the iRedMail setup was incorrect. I have reinstalled it and i’m now able to login.
